What made you return to the office job?
Nenad Lozovic.
Now seriously: Nenad Lozovic + some personal reasons. I had amazing 10 years out of the corporate world, raised my kids and made some dreams come true. It was about time to find another comfort zone. If there is any 

What’s the source of the great ideas?
The will power to make ideas real. The capacity to change a bit if needed. The willingness to listen.

What is your greatest achievement as for now?
Loving family and great friends. For many this might not be an achievement, for me there’s a lot of hard work behind which make it an achievement.

What is your assessment of the advertising business?
Exhausting, but rewarding.
Grueling, but fun.

What makes an ad campaign a good one?
Beyond the ROI and Cannes lions? The memories that stay alive.

Your short-term challenge?
Let me answer trough parts of R. Kipling’s IF:
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs…
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting.

How a group becomes a team?
Simple chemistry between the elements, first.
Mannerliness, second.
Lack of (too much) ego, third.
Support and desire to make your best and be your best for the sake of others.

How do you stop the daily stress and drama? What is your secret to stop the daily stress and drama?
Running in the morning.
Chablis in the evening.
