A loyalty program targeting to improve Nokia repurchase rate among current Nokia owners and current other brands owners. Users need personal stimulus to (re)purchase Nokia; so we deployed new CRM/Loyalty program which allows targeting and sending NL to consumers.

  • Deployed for two markets: Serbia and Bulgaria.
  • 84 608 registered users per 33 weeks
  • Constant growth of users (average 3.5% per week)
